SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders will be shipped upon availability, Some order may take longer to produce due to stock or availability. You will receive an email notification with tracking once your order has shipped.

 

Domestic

When your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier.

In some cases, it may take a few hours for the tracking to provide updated information.

Though we offer guaranteed service with some shipping options, Basic Shipping can take up to 10 business days to ship during peak shopping seasons and we cannot guarantee a delivery date of these packages.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email contact@jasonlecompte.com with the order number and the correct address. We will not be able to reroute packages shipped which have Basic Shipping options like USPS.

In some cases, an order may be delayed in transit due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve any delays and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 

International

Most International orders will ship USPS. When your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier.
